Coverage · Las Vegas

Vegas runs on trade shows. We print them.

Las Vegas is a four-hour drive from our shop and the busiest convention city in the country — a combination that made it a permanent part of our route. Crew and equipment arrive by van or advance freight; either way, your booth prints on schedule.

Vegas bookings carry our flat $900 travel fee — that is the entire premium over a Southern California event. No per-diem surprises, no mileage math, no mystery "logistics" line. Convention-center costs (electrical orders, drayage) are venue-side and quoted transparently, because pretending they do not exist is how other vendors ambush you in week two.

Where we set up in Vegas

  • Convention booths. Hat bars and apparel stations that give attendees a reason to stop walking. Freight ships to advance warehousing so setup morning is assembly, not gambling on a dock.
  • Conference after-parties. Casino ballrooms and rooftop venues where the station is the icebreaker. Indoor builds need only our standard footprint and one 20-amp circuit per press.
  • Sponsor suites and lounges. Lower volume, higher touch — engraving, monograms, and premium caps for invite-only rooms.

Vegas-specific planning notes

Union jurisdictions on the show floor decide who plugs in what; we have worked those rules and budget the labor honestly. Ship-ahead deadlines for the big halls run earlier than most exhibitors expect — get us your show kit dates and we will build the freight calendar backward from your booth inspection. And for multi-day shows, garment restock is pre-staged: running out of larges on day one is a rookie injury we vaccinate against.

Exhibiting or hosting on the Strip? Send show name and dates — we likely already know the hall.
