Coverage · San Diego
San Diego events, printed live — no travel fee, no local roulette.
San Diego planners often assume they must choose between a thin local market and paying a national vendor's freight. Neither: SD sits inside our Southern California core, served by the same OC crew at local pricing.
The drive down the 5 is two hours with a full van — close enough that San Diego bookings run exactly like home games. No travel line, no shipped equipment, no unfamiliar subcontractors wearing our name.
The three San Diegos we work
- The convention corridor. Booth activations during the big citywide shows, where hotel lobbies and rooftop after-parties matter as much as the show floor. Book early for major show weeks — the whole city compresses.
- Gaslamp & downtown receptions. Corporate dinners and conference satellite events in historic venues with tight load-ins. We scout the entrance before we quote the hour count.
- Coastal resorts. Incentive trips and leadership retreats from La Jolla to Coronado, where a monogram or hat station reads as a premium amenity, not a merch push.
A note on show weeks
During citywide conventions, San Diego vendors and hotels hit capacity fast. Because our crew and gear come from outside the compression zone, our availability holds when local options are gone — but venue docks still book out, so the earlier we can file your load-in request, the better your setup window. The trade show playbook explains the mechanics.
